The Senior A Girls Water Polo team competed in the division 1 Nationals during the April school holidays in Wellington.
Although they came 12th, the girls gained a huge amount of experience playing against tough teams and the scores of some games did not fairly represent how close they were.
Their improvement throughout the tournament was commented on by many players and officials so the girls are positive about their Water Polo in the coming years.
The boys senior A and girls senior A teams both competed in the South Island tournament held in Invercargill during summer tournament week.
The girls gained a silver medal and two players - Luke Smith and Sophie Williamson were named in the tournament teams.
The Junior Girls played a well fought final to come away with Silver medals in the South Island Junior Secondary Schools Water Polo tournament held at Jellie Park recently.
Sophie Williamson was named as the tournaments Most Promising Player
