Junior English
Year 9 English
You may find English as a subject is new to you but many of the skills and activities will be similar to your studies under the heading of Reading and Language at Primary or Intermediate school.

Year 10 English
You will continue to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of language in all its varieties: written, spoken and visual. As you already know, being a confident and competent language user is one of the most valuable skills you can have.
Senior English
In Senior English courses you will continue to develop your oral, written and visual language skills. You will study a range of literary texts, selected from novel, play, short story, film, non-fiction. You will write in a range of styles, read a range of texts of your own choice, and develop your analytical skills.
