This is an exciting opportunity to teach at one of New Zealand's leading coeducational schools.

Burnside High School is seeking a teacher with Hospitality and/or Food Technology experience. This position is fixed term from Monday 27 January to Friday 30 October 2020 (hours to be negotiated) with a possibility of full-time. This position is suitable for beginning teachers or those wishing to gain more experience in a well supported and resourced department. Ability to teach textiles or other soft materials/small project multi-materials projects may also be desirable. A willingness to make a contribution to the rich co-curricular life of the school is essential.

Hard Materials Technology Teacher - Permanent, full time position - Ref: 1H91Gv

This is an exciting opportunity to teach at one of New Zealand's leading coeducational schools.

Burnside High School is seeking a Hard Materials Technology teacher to deliver our Achievement Standard engineering, and metal based Technology courses. This position could be suited to a teacher that wishes to transition from more traditional and Unit Standard based programmes. The successful applicant must also be willing to learn and incorporate CNC and other new technologies, whilst being part of a large and supportive department. The ability to teach wood based courses and DVC is also desirable. This position will commence at the start of term 1, 2020.
