We are running a hands on workshop for girls, followed by an inspirational stage show sharing the story of Ada Lovelace, the worlds first computer programmer, being performed in the Charles Luney Theatre at St Margarets seating 750, we would love to pack it out!!

The workshops are for girls aged 8+ of all backgrounds where we will explore computer science, robotics and coding. We have a specialist DigiGirlz workshop being run by Microsoft that would be a fit for your senior high school students as well as a workshop for teachers to discuss the new digital technologies curriculum content run by Kia Takatu. Free tickets are available and capped at the first 120 to register,

The stage show   is open to everyone including family, performed by UK Artist Zoe Phillpot. The Ada show shares the story of the worlds first computer programmer, Ada Lovelace. It's a very inspirational message for all those to show that they can be apart of the digital future. 750 tickets available.

All details for the Christchurch workshops and stage show can be found on our website www.shecancode.nz. Teachers bringing larger groups can register 1 adult with multiple children tickets attached.
