Training times for the next few weeks will be as follows:
Tues - 6:30am Girls fitness (BHS), 4pm Boys on water (Reach)
Weds - 6:30am Boys fitness (BHS), 4pm Girls on water (Reach)
Thurs - 6:30am All fitness (BHS), 4pm All on water (Reach)
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU COME TO ON WATER SESSIONS!!! Learning technique on the water, in the boat is the most important (and fun!) part of rowing.
Please let either myself or Mr Lowe know if you have any other commitments that clash with these training sessions...
