Ronald McDonald House Trip

On the 12th of August, Keyana Beecroft, Jayda Bell, Merzedes Jeffrey, Issy King, Susan Muteswa, Olivia Patterson, Ta Kaanewa Te Whata and Eunice Thondhlana, all Year 12 Hospitality and Food and Nutrition students along with Miss Caird and Ms Cosgriff took part in the Family Dinner Programme run by Ronald McDonald House.

Ronald McDonald house is an accommodation service for families of children and young people with illnesses requiring hospital treatment in Christchurch. The house itself can accommodate up to 26 families which can be up to 60 individuals.

The students presented Ronald McDonald House with a generous $145.00 donation. We would like to thank Mr Holstein, the Food department and the school who have kindly supported this wonderful cause. They did an amazing job and please acknowledge their efforts when you see them.
